At TADA, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds for purchases made on our website.
If a return is approved under our policy, the eligible amount will be issued as TADA Store Credit and credited to your TADA account. Store Credit can be used for future purchases on www.tadastore.in.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
To request an exchange:
Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.
If the ordered size does not fit, we will exchange it for the same product in another size, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced product.

To be eligible for an exchange:
Products failing these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.
