Exchange Policy

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

To request an exchange:

• Submit your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Share a complete unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
• Share clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item if requested.

Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Size Exchange

If the ordered size does not fit, we will exchange it for the same product in another size, subject to stock availability.
